Monsoon

We have had muggy, hot, and humid weather with heavy rain for the last two weeks now. And I am sick of it. Somehow the kids mind it less and last weekend enjoyed the flooded street in front of the primary school. After the picture was taken I had to empty out Mara's rubber boots which are not big enough and therefore ran full with water. This weekend the Tegernsee Triathlon will take place. Last year that already had bad luck, so I will keep my fingers crossed for Janni and Conni who are attending this year again. The lake is definitely too cold to swim in without a neoprene suit. My ambition to take part in a competition is very low, so I just work out to half way stay fit.
