Out sick

Not sure what is going on right now but last week I was stuck home with tonsilitis for three days. Fortunately non of the kids contracted it. So i flew for two days to Basle and we all enjoyed a rainy weekend. Felt like the Deluge in Bavaria but we tried to ignore that the northern parts of Germany had summer and we were drowning in rain. But then this week Johanna is suffering from a really bad diarrhea with high fevers. Will have to take her to the doctor again today and see what she says. We had planned to drive up to Shawn's soccer reunion near Würzburg this weekend but it looks like either Shawn alone or him and Mara will have to go by themselves. That would keep Mara out of Jo's reach and hopefully spare her the suffering this time.
