Last week of school

We survived the camping last weekend after two school parties earlier that day. And even were halfway lucky with the weather. Perfectly dry for our bonfire with marshmallows. The kids loved to run around to the little creek near by, we all enjoyed the bbqed food and salats ... The rain didn't start before 11 p.m. so that by then kids and adults were tired enough and ready to jump into their sleeping bags and tents. Our "circus" tent held up perfectly and we didn't get wet inside at all. Only Mara woke up at five in the morning because of the brightness. Sunday turned out to be the perfect day. Hot and sunny so we could dry out our gear before returning home. And now the last week of school is almost over. Report cards to be picked up tomorrow. Oh no!
