The year is almost over

Christmas is over - and Oma Röschen reading her murder mysteries in the rocking chair. Jo has her friend Josephine over to play and Shawn and I are just hanging out at home. I have to go and do my physiotherapy this afternoon and later Oma will take us out for dinner. More food!

We went to Henner's funeral service yesterday. Fortunately Johanna decided to stay over at Joshi's so it was just Mom, Mike and me on the road to Bremen. The whole family was there and we cried und hugged each other and cried again. We mutually concluded to meet more often and not wait for a sad occasion like this one. I dropped Mike and Mom off in Osnabrück where they took a train to Bielefeld. What a day. I was exhausted and my head still hurts.
