Birthday, Camps, and Hiking Days

The last weeks were busy. Johanna went to Camp for 5 days when Bavaria had another monsoon. The kids got rescued in the middle of the night when they lawn was too flooded to camp. That way they didn't get too cold and wet. But when we picked her up to join us at the family reunion she was really tired. The reunion was fun, we were lucky to have perfect weather. Going back to school Johanna had a school trip for another 5 days. Picking her up this Friday i didn't recognize her much anymore. But sleeping in the last two day helped a lot. Mom was also here for 10 days watching Mara. Of course joining us for the party. Now we are all back home alone and I have a couple of business trips coming up. As always Slovenia and this time US for a week. Shawn took that week off to take care of the kids.
