After the rain follows the sun

Whenever we move we getting greeted by bad weather and rain. Bavaria is no exception to the rule. Just like in Cologne 5 years ago the new place tries to make us miserable. But yesterday for the first time after one week of torrential rain we saw the sun again. Even Oma Heike and Nick left the house to go for a walk and we took the chance to explore the neighborhood. Went hiking and biking to a close by little lake called "Kirchsee" which is located in pretty wet lands close to a monastery "Reutberg" that serves its own beer and has a beautiful restaurant and beer garden overlooking the countyside and with a view to the mountains. Today it is still sunny and I rode my bike to work after dropping Shawn off at the train station this morning. He is only heading to Nuremberg this morning because tomorrow is Johanna's big day!
